Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after the traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. EMDR is available if appropriate.

Do you find yourselves having the same argument over and over again?Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection and their communication skills. Couple therapy is a supportive place to discuss issues and find their solutions to strengthen your relationship.
